Laplace's Demon

This Laplace's Demon Engraving was based on a picture I came across while studying the theories of Pierre-Simon Laplace (1749-1827). Laplace's Demon is a theory about the past affecting the future also known as Determinism. This is engraved on 3 piece poplar wood measuring 11-1/2" wide, 11-1/2" tall and 9/16 thick.
